Goodguys 3rd Annual Eagle One Del Mar Rod & Custom Nationals
Bringing in the Springtime "Big Time" in Southern California!

Although you'll have to wait until the November issue of CUSTOM RODDER hits the newsstands later this summer to see print coverage of the Goodguys Del Mar Nationals, we're giving you a little "Web-exclusive" sneak-peek at some of the action that went down last April. The three-day event, held at the spacious, very accommodating Del Mar Fairgrounds just north of San Diego, was accompanied by perfect SoCal weather--but even so, some of the best rods, customs, and classic pickups were found "inside" the various buildings...go figure!
Nevertheless, participants and spectators alike were treated to the best the West had to offer, and then some! On top of all that, the Mecum Collector Car Auction offered up a variety of in-progress, finished, and even basket-case projects to the highest bidders, while an on-site car sale corral gave those not in the bartering mood a chance to snag a new toy. All in all, the 3rd Annual Eagle One Nats was a great success. Stay tuned for further coverage in CUSTOM RODDER--the print version!
