Gerald displays the NHRA Sweepstakes Trophy he won in 1964. "I also got a cheap watch for Best Paint," he says. In its original form, the grille used '58 Ford aluminum, a custom main bar, and Olds backup lamps as parking lamps. The side trim was original '50 Ford with a rear quarter kickup molding from a mid-'50s Buick. Paint was copper metallic.
