Cop Shop Show Rides Again

Custom Street Rod Roadster Right Rear View
Taking it's name from the long running column in Street Rodder Magazine by Tony Kelly (now retired from chasing crooks and dedicated to chasing Super Chevys for the magazine of the same name), the Cop Shop Show returns to Knott's Berry Farm in Buena Park California on Sunday November 14, 2004. Last year's event attracted nearly 500 entries and spectators from all over the state. This year's attractions include a wide variety of categories for stock and modified cars, trucks, and motorcycles, with award selection done by experienced staff working with the aforementioned Tony Kelly himself!

As always the amount of door prizes at this show requires continuous drawings during the day, culminating in a significant 50/50 raffle, and the major prizes of a Don Steves Chevrolet GM 5.7 liter Crate Motor, and a set of Boyd Coddington Wheels, which might go nicely with a set of Firestone "Fuzion" Tires. Proceeds of the show go to the Buena Park Police Memorial Foundation. Pre-registration is $25.00, which includes a T-shirt. For full information, check www.bppd.com.
