NSRA announces the 2007 car show schedule and changes to three of the events
NSRA Announces 2007 Schedule And Changes At Three Events
Effective this year, the National Street Rod Association is changing the vehicle manufacture eligibility requirements for the Northeast Street Rod Nationals, the Golden State Street Rod Nationals and the Southeast Street Rod Nationals. These three events will join the Milwaukee Nationals and the Richmond Nationals in accepting vehicles thirty years old and older for participation. Reflecting the eligibility change will be a name change for each event. They will now be known as the Northeast Nationals, the Golden State Nationals and the Southeast Nationals respectively. Many of the street machine, muscle car and custom enthusiasts have expressed an ongoing interest in being a part of the type events that the National Street Rod Association produces. The NSRA has developed a reputation for producing the highest quality events during it's 38 years and our desire is to continue to develop our enthusiast base. Our motto will remain "Fun With Cars" as we move into 2007 and welcome the addition of the later model vehicles at these three events. | 2007 NSRA EVENT SCHEDULEOur 38th year of "Fun with Cars" | NSRA Southwest Street Rod Nationals April 13th, 14th, 15th, 2007State Fair Park Oklahoma City, Oklahoma | NSRA Western Street Rod Nationals April 27th, 28th, 29th, 2007Kern County Fairgrounds Bakersfield, California | NSRA Street Rod Nationals South May 4th, 5th, 6th, 2007Chilhowee Park & Exposition Center Knoxville, Tennessee | NSRA Mid-America Street Rod Nationals May 25th, 26th, 27th, 2007MO Entertainment & Event Center Springfield, Missouri | NSRA Street Rod Nationals East June 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 2007York Expo Center York, Pennsylvania | NSRA Rocky Mountain Street Rod Nationals June 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 2007Colorado State Fairgrounds Pueblo, Colorado | * NSRA Milwaukee Nationals July 13th, 14th, 15th, 2007Wisconsin State Fair Park Milwaukee, Wisconsin | NSRA Street Rod Nationals August 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 2007Kentucky Fair and Exposition Center Louisville, Kentucky | * NSRA Richmond Nationals August 24th, 25th, 26th, 2007Richmond Raceway Complex Richmond, Virginia | NSRA Street Rod Nationals North September 14th, 15th, 16th, 2007Kalamazoo County Fairgrounds Kalamazoo, Michigan | * NSRA Northeast Nationals September 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 2007Champlain Valley Exposition Burlington, Vermont | * NSRA Golden State Nationals October 5th, 6th, 7th, 2007California Exposition & State Fair Sacramento, California | * NSRA Southeast Nationals October 12th, 13th, 14th, 2007Tampa State Fairgrounds Tampa, Florida | * Indicates open event (through '77)All other events are Pre - '49 |
